Ugandan Virtual Wound Clinic

What’s on offer?

This event seeks to discuss the challenges of wound care in low resource settings, whilst considering opportunities for frugal innovation shared across global communities. In addition, the collaborators will present a real case within the virtual clinic with interaction from the participants on their decisions using limited resources.

What’s it about?

The benefits of attending this virtual wound care clinic include: discussion of wound and care management across professions and countries; learning about frugal innovation, whilst gaining a deeper understanding of clinical decision making in wound care with scarcity of essential items; learning about evidence-based wound care practice. Engagement in the event requires registering and attending the virtual classroom via a link. The use of mentimeter, an interactive presentation tool will be used to enable audience participation and a chat box for questions and answers.
